1. Description of Service
AfriTasks is an advertising platform that connects advertisers with users who watch and interact with their advertisements. Users are rewarded with 20 Kenyan Shillings for each ad interaction. The platform sustains itself through transaction fees and subscription models that grant users access to a varying number of ads per day, depending on the selected subscription package.

2. Subscription Packages
We offer five subscription packages:

Free Plan: The default package, free of charge, allows users to watch one ad per day and is valid for 15 days. Note that for Free Plan users, you need to upgrade in order to withdraw money this is because some users are creating multiple accounts on the Free Plan to benefit from our platform. PS: Having multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently suspended.

Standard Plan (Kes.3,100): Allows users to watch 10 adverts.

Premium Plan (Kes.15,500): Offers up to 70 ads per day, making it the most popular choice among users.

Elite Plan (Kes.50,500): This is one of the most expensive package, offering 150 ads per day for users looking to maximize their earning potential.

Master Plan (Kes.101,000): This is the highest package. Offers 200 ads per day and you don't have to watch, we have implemented AI to watch the ads for you. All you have to do is withdraw your earnings every evening.

3. Withdrawal Limits and Referral Commissions
Withdrawal limits range from a minimum of Kes.300 to a maximum of Kes.150,000. Referral commissions are available to users who refer others to the platform. Users earn a 10% commission when their referred users upgrade to any of the subscription plans: Standard, Premium, or Elite.

4. Fraud Prevention and Account Security
AfriTasks is committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy platform for all users. In the event of suspected fraudulent activities, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, we reserve the right to take necessary actions to protect the integrity of our community.

4.1 Verification Process
If we have reason to believe that an account is engaged in fraudulent activities, we may request the user to undergo a verification process before approving any withdrawal requests. This process may include providing additional documentation or information to confirm the user's identity and legitimacy.

4.2 Suspension Pending Verification
During the verification process, the account in question may be temporarily suspended to prevent further potential harm or misuse. This suspension is a precautionary measure to safeguard the interests of genuine users on our platform.

4.3 Cooperation with Users
We appreciate the cooperation of our users in maintaining a secure environment. Users who receive a verification request are encouraged to respond promptly and provide the necessary information to expedite the process. Failure to comply with the verification process may result in the continuation of the account suspension or other appropriate actions.

4.4 Confidentiality of Information
Any information provided during the verification process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only use the submitted information for the purpose of verifying the user's identity and preventing fraudulent activities.

4.5 Decision on Account Status
Upon completion of the verification process, AfriTasks will make a decision regarding the account status. If the account is found to be involved in fraudulent activities, appropriate actions will be taken, including but not limited to permanent suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.6 User Appeal Process
Users who undergo the verification process and believe that their accounts were wrongly flagged for fraudulent activities may appeal the decision through our inbuilt Ticket support system. We will thoroughly review the appeal and take appropriate actions based on the information provided.

5. Consequences of Account Ban
In the event that a user's account is banned, we are dedicated to ensuring a fair and transparent resolution. Users have the right to appeal account bans, and the process will be as follows:

5.1 User Appeal Process
Users who believe their account has been wrongly banned may appeal through our inbuilt Ticket support system. Upon receiving the appeal, AfriTasks will conduct a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding the ban.

5.2 Verification and Account Status
If, during the appeal process, it is determined that the user's account should not have been banned, the account status will be reinstated to active with immediate effect. In such cases, all pending withdrawals or deposits will be approved without delay.

5.3 Permanent Ban and Seizure of Balances
However, if the appeal process reveals that the user's account was rightfully banned due to fraudulent activities or a violation of our terms, the ban will become permanent, and all pending balances will be seized.

5.4 Notification through WhatsApp
Throughout the verification and appeal process, users will be kept informed of the progress through our WhatsApp account. Regular updates will be provided, ensuring transparency and communication during this critical period.

5.5 User Accountability
By using AfriTasks in any way, users acknowledge and agree to be held accountable for their actions in accordance with these terms and conditions. This includes compliance with our fraud prevention measures, cooperation during the verification process, and acceptance of the consequences outlined in the event of account suspension or ban.

6. Changes to Terms
AfriTasks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users may or may not be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
